From plant diagnostics to data analysis, our dedicated team of industry professionals are on call to assist your staff with any questions they may have during the course of a harvest cycle. The PTZ camera in each unit allows the AVID support staff to see and communicate with your horticulturalists in real time to resolve software issues, provide supplemental training, or even walk-through a part replacement.
In the case of out-of-parameter events with your units, our staff are instantly alerted through the integrated alarm system so that they can immediately begin working on a solution. In the meantime, the multiple levels of redundancy built in to the system ensure that no production time is lost.
